WYRUX SM-2430B Battery-Powered Press Tool — the 24 kN compact tool for the North American jaw range

At 24 kN with a 30 mm stroke and a 4-second cycle, the SM-2430B carries every rating that decides what the tool can press on site. It matches the SM-2430 on the scale as well — 2.3 kg without battery, with two 2.5 Ah batteries supplied in the case. What separates the two tools is the drive: the B runs brushless.

What the B Version Changes

A brushless motor replaces the brushed unit used on the SM-2430, so there are no carbon brushes to inspect or renew over the life of the tool. The ratings are untouched: 24 kN output, 30 mm stroke, 4-second cycle, 2.3 kg without battery.

Which Jaws and Rings Fit

Two tools from the same family are not interchangeable at the jaw, and that is where the SM-2430B is aimed. Its holder is cut to the North American jaw interface, so the jaws and rings already sitting on a US crew’s van — Ridgid, Milwaukee and DeWalt among them — mount straight on. European jaw systems fit the same holder as well, including Rothenberger, Novopress and REMS, which lets one tool body serve inch-profile fittings and imported European systems on the same site.

Matching the holder to that interface is why the jaw groups listed above are the inch profiles — Propress, Pureflow, Megapress, RLS and Propress angle — rather than the metric V, M, TH, U and SV families used across the 19 kN tools. TWO years of warranty

WYRUX grants the full statutory warranty of 24 months or 30000 times on all new pressing devices and tools as well as other accessories. The warranty period always begins at the time of delivery and must be proven in case of doubt using purchase documents. Batteries and chargers are excluded. Here the warranty period is 12 months from the date of purchase.

During the warranty period, the warranty covers the repair of all damage or defects in the products that are due to material or manufacturing defects.

ONE year warranty extension for pressing devices, intermediate jaws and pressing slings

WYRUX grants a one-year extended warranty for all new pressing devices, intermediate jaws and pressing collars if they have been serviced at least every 12 months by WYRUX or a specialist workshop authorized by WYRUX.
